Vendor Load-In Information 

 

Thank you for becoming a vendor at the upcoming Weekend of Wheels and Bay Area Toy Show. We look forward to a weekend of fun with you and the shows special guests. Below is an outline of information for Load-In and setup, event hall times and more.

 

Load-In Information: ALL VENDORS

 

To load-in you will need to pick up your exhibitor credentials at a table located inside the vendor load in doors.

If a final payment is due, all final payments are to be made in CASH ONLY. Please make sure to have exact balance due as no change will be given.

 

Vendor Load In

 

8/17: 1pm – 8pm HALL D (3 DAY BOOTH VENDORS ONLY)

8/18: 8am – 3pm HALL D (3 DAY BOOTH VENDORS ONLY)

8/18: 12pm – 8pm HALL C (SATURDAY/SUNDAY BOOTH VENDORS ONLY) Please note the car show participants WILL BE LOADING IN THIS DAY AS WELL. 

8/19: 8am-9am

(PLEASE NOTE: There is a 49ers NFL game across from the convention center. (Plan time to the venue and limited entrance for load in and to the venue. Please see the attached map for more details).

8/20: 8am -9am

 

Show Floor Hours

 

8/18: Preview Night- 4pm VIP, 5pm GA – 9pm (3 DAY VENDORS ONLY)

8/19: 9am VIP – 10am GA – 6pm (ALL VENDORS)

8/20: 9am VIP – 10am GA – 5pm (ALL VENDOR)

 

Vendor Load Out

8/20: 5pm – 10pm (No Early Load Out – Hall Must Be Clear of Attendees)

 

Additional vendor credentials available for $15 per credential.

Vendor Load-In

 

Enter from Great American Parkway on Bunker Hill Lane. Follow the service road behind the convention center to and follow around to the back of the facility. Loading docks are 5 – 12. Please join the cue, make your way to the vendor load in desk at the loading dock to hall D.

You will be required to complete dock pass and bring to pickup your credentials. You must have an approved dock pass and credentials before unloading any items. Vendors will be permitted 30 mins to unload your vehicle. Vehicles left on the loading dock are subject to tow.

Over size parking: See the map highlighting the Creekside Curb.  The green line is where we would have any over sized vehicles park – it is right behind the docks of Halls C & D (On Saturday, 8/19, because of the stadium event, all entrances to the center will be blocked besides the entrance of Bunker Hill Rd. Please make sure you have reviewed the map.
